The Qualifi Level 3 Diploma in Introduction to Management is accredited with a Qualification Accreditation Number (QAN) of 603/4373/4. It is recorded on the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) and will be displayed on your final certificate.
You need a total of 60 credits. The qualification consists of six units, each carrying 10 credits. The diploma can be obtained after completing all six units.
To earn 10 credits, you need to complete 100 hours of work, of which 75 are guided learning hours (GLH). Six units take about 600 hours for the total TQT time.

To achieve the qualification, you need to complete all three Level 3 units.

People wishing to take this qualification must be 16 years or over.
If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate that you can speak and understand it to at least IELTS 6 or an accepted equivalent standard, before you can be accepted onto the programme.
Yes, Qualifi recognises Prior Learning (RPL) – this means you can get recognition for skills, knowledge, or understanding that you have already gained from work, life or previous study. The evidence you submit must be valid and trustworthy.
The qualification is awarded a Pass or Fail grade. To pass, you must complete the learning outcomes and assessable tasks of all six units.
Qualifi is an Awarding Organisation, recognised and regulated by Ofqual (the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator). Its Ofqual reference number is RN5160. Qualifications, tests, and assessments in England are regulated by Ofqual. QUALIFI is an Ofqual-approved body and carries out external quality checks to ensure that all approved centres meet the standards for delivery and assessment.
Total Qualification Time (TQT) is the estimated length of time a learner will need to complete the qualification, including things like self-study, e-learning, coursework, and portfolio building. Guided learning hours (GLH) are the hours of direct contact or supervision you receive from a tutor, such as in lectures, tutorials, live webinars or supervised assessments. This qualification has a TQT of 100 hours, with 75 hours of GLH for each unit.
To get in, you either need a Level 2 qualification or a Level 3 qualification in a different field or relevant work experience in a business setting with clear career goals.
You will learn more about how the culture of an organisation influences its activities and management in Unit IM305 Organisational Culture. Some of the things that are talked about are theories and types of organisational culture, the culture web, national cultures, Schneider’s Four Cultures model, the effect of cultural values on leadership and productivity and the importance of ethical business behaviour and practices.
Unit IM306: Workplace Welfare covers how organisations ensure their employees are valued and looked after. Topics include the idea and key areas of workplace welfare, the 5-Step Health and Safety Management Procedure, safety culture, staff training needs analysis, and ways to reduce work-related stress and promote a healthy work-life balance.
