Create Positive Coaching Relationships

  • Demonstrate the ability to create a safe,supportive environment that produces ongoing
    mutual respect and trust.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be fully present and create supportive relationship with the individual, employing a style that is open,flexible and confident.

Unit 03

Effective Communication in a Coaching Environment

  • Evaluate and analyse multiple sources of information, and make interpretations that
    help the individual gain awareness and achieve agree results.
  • Evaluate and analyse areas for learning and growth with the individual in a coaching environment.

Unit 04

Action Planning and Goal Setting for Coaching

  • Evaluate a range of methods to assist the individual in establishing goals that will lead to the vision and create opportunities for ongoing learning.
