Portfolio of Evidence: To successfully complete this qualification, you will compile a portfolio that demonstrates you have met all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria from the mandatory and pathway units you study. This portfolio will normally include written tasks, reflective work, personal development planning, and documentation of practical mentoring activities such as planning, delivering, and reviewing mentoring sessions. It will also include records of observed mentoring practice, which can take place in person or remotely, and must be long enough to confirm you meet the required standards. 

Internal Marking and Feedback: All completed assignments are marked internally within South London College. You will receive constructive feedback and guidance from your personal tutor, which will support your learning and improvement. Each unit is graded on a Pass/Fail basis — to pass a unit, you must achieve all of its learning outcomes. Passing all required units leads to the award of the qualification.
