Understand the Foundation of Mental Health
More than 80% of the population in the world struggle with some sort of mental health problem. Sometimes they realise it, and sometimes they don’t. Some don’t know how to help themselves, while the others don’t know how to offer this help. Lack of awareness of mental health problems is one of the main reasons for this.
In this Mental Health Awareness Level 2 certification, you’ll learn about mental health and how to spot signs and triggers, communicate with care, and know how to respond in ways that actually help. You will understand about boundaries.
You’ll also learn about the realities of different mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, psychosis and more.
