The NCFE CACHE Level 2 certificate in diabetes management gives you the idea about the different types of diabetes, the treatments, the lifestyles that can cause diabetes and how you can prevent it from an early stage. You’ll learn how to recognise low and high blood glucose levels and the emergency support for these conditions.
There are no educational entry requirements for diabetes course. You should be over 16 years of age. This course is completely online with 105 guided hours of learning. Most learners complete this diabetes management course within 4 to 6 months, but you’ll be given access to the course and all the learning resources for 12 months if you need more flexibility.
After completing the care and management of diabetes course, you can move into Level 3 Certificate in Understanding the Care and Management of Diabetes with a strong foundation and easily move to the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Once you complete the Level 3 Diploma, you can choose a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science.
Upon enrolment, you’ll get a complete induction session to introduce you to the course and show you what your learning journey will look like.
