• Entry to this programme is through a friendly interview process conducted by South London College.
• Learners are typically expected to have a Level 3 qualification, such as A Levels or a relevant vocational award, or relevant organisational/workplace experience that demonstrates motivation and potential to progress.
• Applicants without formal qualifications are also welcome, and those with significant work experience may demonstrate their readiness for the academic demands of the course through the interview process.
• A good standard of English language knowledge is expected to support success in study.

• This course can be completed through two flexible study options to suit your lifestyle:
  • Standard Course Plan (9 months) – ideal for learners balancing other commitments.
  • Fast Track Option ( 4 months) – perfect for those who can dedicate intensive study time.
• Most learners complete within their chosen timeframe, though some may finish earlier depending on personal circumstances and available study time. We accommodate your pace with unlimited support for 12 months. This Level 4 Diploma requires approximately 600 guided learning hours.

• There are no formal exams.
• You will complete written assessment tasks for each unit within the qualification. To achieve the qualification successfully, all Learning Outcomes and Assessment Criteria must be fully met.
• Assessment tasks are designed to reflect real workplace scenarios, incorporating practical examples wherever possible. Some units also include practical assignments, which will be observed and assessed by a qualified assessor.
• Learners are expected to support their responses using real organisational examples or relevant case studies. South London College will provide appropriate case studies where required.
• A Candidate Workbook will be issued for each unit, allowing learners to record their answers and submit supporting evidence.
