A Care Career With the Right Foundations
There are nearly 131,000 vacant positions in the health and social care sector in England. The NCFE CACHE Care Certificate Level 2 in the Principles of Care Planning is a well recognised course and is a perfect place to start.
In this care planning course, you’ll learn the principles of care planning, how care plans work, why they’re important, what they do and what your responsibilities will look like in care settings. You’ll learn how to support each person and understand the risk factors to provide proper care.
Whether you want to start a career in healthcare or are already in the sector, this course can be a great foundation to help you learn the planning, recording and care skills that can improve your services 10x better.
This Level 2 care qualification is fully online with 155 guided learning hours. You’ll be given access to the course for 12 months, however most learners complete the course within 4 to 6 months.
After completing this course, you can take the Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care and higher qualifications to move into the health and social sector or take the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and progress in that field as mentioned in the academic progression section.
When you enrol, you’ll receive a complete induction session to introduce you to the course and show you what your learning journey will look like. You will also receive one on one mentor support throughout your journey.
