  • Portfolio of Evidence: You will submit a portfolio that showcases your practical skills and includes observed practice. This portfolio of your work will showcase your skills and competence at meeting all learning outcomes.
  • Direct Observation: You need to be working in a relevant job role, including a manager or deputy manager in a suitable care setting. This is to demonstrate that you are prepared to take on further roles and responsibilities in a leadership position.
  • Witness Statement: A qualified manager will inspect your performance and confirm it through a witness statement.
