To earn the Level 3 Diploma, you must submit written assignments and undergo direct observation. Importantly, this course does not have an exam. Here’s how you will be assessed throughout the course.

Direct Observation: You need to undergo direct observation in a suitable environment. This workplace can be a childcare setting. This is to assess your practical performance and make sure you are ready to work with children and young people
