• Employer induction and mandatory training are recommended before starting, but in some cases can be completed alongside the qualification (depending on your employer).

• There are no formal exams.
• This vocational qualification will be assessed on both knowledge and practical skills, showing they can apply what they learn in real work situations. Each unit is assessed through realistic, work-related tasks that cover all learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
• Learners may use case studies, workplace examples, or professional discussions to support their answers. Some tasks will include practical assignments, which will be observed by an assessor.
• All assessments are marked internally by South London College and externally moderated by QUALIFI before certification.
