  • Direct Observation: This course includes one required observation of your work as an assessor. The observation can take place at your job or in a voluntary placement. You need to demonstrate your skills and provide clear evidence through your assessment practice. You also need to assess two different learners and submit evidence of these assessments.
  • Witness Testimony: A colleague must give an expert witness statement confirming how you carried out the assessments.
  • Assessor Support: You will have support from assessors available via telephone, WhatsApp, online discussion forums, email, and web chats, ensuring that you have access to help whenever you need it.
