The courses were well mapped out and easy to navigate. I was impressed by the customer support team. They have been helpful in dealing with my questions and queries by responding almost immediately. At the beginning of the course, I faced some difficulty which I took up with the customer support team. They couldn’t have been more professional in terms of ensuring my time was not disrupted. The issue was sorted out quickly, and I went back to studying the course. I was very impressed by their courtesy and the fact that they went over and beyond to help me.
