By enrolling in the Fast-Track Plan, you agree to:
Commit to an intensive study schedule and manage your time effectively.
Engage regularly with your tutor, mentor, or coordinator as required.
Submit assessments and complete modules by the fast-track deadlines set out in your learning plan.
Notify the Provider promptly of any issues that may affect your ability to meet deadlines.
Support services (tutoring, mentoring, feedback, etc.) are provided as per your course package but may follow a faster turnaround schedule.
Learners are encouraged to proactively book support sessions in advance, especially for assessment guidance.
All assessments must be submitted in accordance with the fast-track calendar provided at enrolment.
Re-submissions and feedback windows will also follow accelerated timelines.
Late submissions may result in delays or disqualification from the fast-track route.
The Fast-Track Plan may carry an additional fee due to increased administrative and academic resource allocation.
All fees must be paid in full or under an approved instalment plan before the fast-track timeline begins.
No refunds will be issued once fast-track learning materials have been accessed, except as per the Provider’s general refund policy.
Learners may transfer from the Fast Track Plan to the Standard Plan; however, any additional fees paid for the Fast Track option are non-refundable after 14 calendar days from the course is assigned/purchase.
The Provider reserves the right to move you to the
standard plan if:
▶ Deadlines are repeatedly missed.
▶ Your progress falls below the expected pace.
▶ You request a slower pace with valid reasons and supporting evidence.
A course completion letter will be issued upon request once all units have been successfully completed.
Certification timelines are dependent on successful completion of all units and assessments within the fast-track window.
Certification is subject to standard IQA and EQA processes and may not be expedited beyond regulatory limits.
The Provider reserves the right to:
Adjust fast-track timelines or schedules in exceptional circumstances.
Discontinue or revise the Fast-Track Plan structure at any time (learners already enrolled will be notified and protected under current terms).
Refuse fast-track enrolment to learners.
The institution reserves the right to withdraw the Fast Track Plan at any time in cases of:
